QUALIFICATION        :  B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering

EXPERIENCE             :  Minimum 10 years of post qualification experience in Construction field

SKILLS REQUIRED   :

• Thorough knowledge in structural/ architectural drawings, Site execution, Planning, BOQ Preparation, etc.
• Should have experience in handling construction projects, independently, including interior furnishing works, all building maintenance works etc.
• Working knowledge in AutoCAD is must.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Candidate must have 3 year Diploma or Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Quantity Surveying, with a proven track record in large scale Construction Projects.
• Proficiency in Quantity Surveying Software (AutoCAD, MS Excel and other specialized Quantity Surveying tools).
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
• Ability to read drawings and handle site related issues.
• Supervise and manage all construction projects including, estimation, billing, drawing preparation, scheduling and resource allocations.

SKILLS REQUIRED  :

• Preparing the minutes of management review meeting & follow-up.
• MIS preparation & presentation.
• Critical Review Analysis & Coordination with various heads.
• Coordination of meetings with Office Bearers.
• Documentation Support etc.

EXPERIENCE        :  Similar/Relevant experience of around 3 to 5 years preferably in healthcare institution.
