  • Endocrine consultation for admitted patients in all specialties
  • Comprehensive inpatient management of complex diabetes, thyroid crisis, and adrenal emergencies
  • Insulin pump initiation and inpatient glycemic control programsCoordination of multidisciplinary management with medicine, surgery, nephrology, cardiology, and nutrition teams

  • Dynamic endocrine function tests (e.g., dexamethasone suppression test, ACTH stimulation test, OGTT with insulin levels)
  • Diabetic foot evaluation
  • Insulin therapy titration and education
  • Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and insulin pump therapy
  • Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC) of thyroid lesions (in collaboration with Radiology &Pathology)
  • Coordination for imaging studies such as thyroid ultrasound, pituitary MRI, adrenal CT

  • Structured diabetes education sessions by trained diabetic educators and dietitians
  • Group education programs for lifestyle modification and self-monitoring of blood glucose
