Dr. Jain George graduated from Govt. Medical College, Thrissur in 1991 and did post-graduate training in General Surgery with electives and dissertation in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery and Neurosurgery from Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University. After passing MS Surgery in 1995, he joined All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi as a senior resident in Neurosurgery. After one year he left AIIMS and joined the M.Ch Neurosurgery program at Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST) Trivandrum.  He passed M.Ch  in December 1999. After passing The United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) he got permanent ECFMG certification. With this certification, he was selected for a Paediatric Neurosurgery fellowship in January 2000 at Children’s Hospital Michigan affiliated to Wayne State University, MI, USA.  After completion of the Paediatric Neurosurgery program, he joined for a Neuro-oncology Clinical Fellowship Program at H Lee Moffit Cancer Canter, University of South Florida, in 2005. He also successfully completed his MBA (Health Care Administration) from the University of Wales, Cardiff, UK. 

 Dr Jain George has been involved in managing neurosurgery patients for more than 25 years. He had neuro trauma training from IMS, BHU, AIIMS New Delhi and NIMHANS Bangalore.  He had training in surgery for cerebral aneurysms, Brain arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) and brain tumors from AIIMS New Delhi and  Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum.  During his clinical fellowship in Paediatric Neurosurgery, he had hands on training in the management of  various neurosurgical conditions affecting the paediatric population including congenital anomalies like Chiari malformation and myelomeningocele, paediatric brain tumours, hydrocephalus, craniostenosis and epilepsy surgery. During his clinical fellowship in Neuro Oncology he had training in diagnosis and management of brain tumours and vascular conditions affecting the brain. As consultant he has worked at University Science Malaysia, Armed Forces Hospital and Royal Commission Hospital Saudi Arabia, Hamad Medical Corporation, Qatar and Indo American Hospital Vaikom, Kerala.
